Meet the Team

Our patient base requires a new full-time practitioner to join our team. With open availability as far out as 2-3 weeks for first visits, we need to provide the standard of care that the community has come to expect from us.

Our new practitioner will build their caseload quickly!

Ideal Candidate:
·      Full-time availability
·      FDN/IMS Preferred (current Practitioners utilize this modality in a large number of cases)
·      Full-registrant with CPTBC (or other jurisdiction awaiting transfer and approval of credentials)
·      Collaborative treatment model, including fostering relationships with amateur teams and sports organizations in the community
·      Sports and performance-focused approach to treatment (you would still have your share of community members with lower activity levels and mechanisms of injury)

We Provide:
·      Full-time administrative support team
·      Clinical and business mentorship (if required, conditions apply)
·      On- and Off-site JaneApp patient management account
·      Combo Modality Units (Chattanooga) and RPW Shockwave, Triton Traction/Decompression
·      Large, fully equipped gym space, including full cage rack with Olympic bars and Bumper plates, FreeMotion Incline Treadmill, PowerGlide functional trainer, Theragun PROs, PosturoMed Balance System, MVP Shuttle Plyo system, mats, kettlebells and more!
·      Competitive Percentage structure (employee agreements are possible. If important, please inquire)

About CSMC:
Chilliwack Sports Medicine has been providing multi-disciplinary care to our local community since 2013.  Located within the Chilliwack Coliseum, our 3,500sq ft space has been designed with the athlete in mind, with 6 large treatment rooms, and 2 curtained tables within the 1,500 sq ft gym space.
